Spider opened in May 2013 with a recruitment service that was very different to the current offering in the local recruitment market place. Since then we have supported 100’s of recruitment campaigns across various industries and sectors in the region.  We are ambitious, forward thinking and have a real desire to serve local business with quality recruitment choices.

Based on the continued success of the business we are now expanding again and looking to hire more Recruitment Consultants who can support a varied client base with a range of recruitment services.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which could include:

* Response handling and supporting job seekers in their search for a new role
* Extensive sales & business development
* Interviewing of candidates across a range of sectors
* Compiling and writing candidate CV & Profiles
* Advising companies of the best possible recruitment solution and then supporting them in the implementation
* Research, and resourcing potential business leads
* Executive Head Hunting/Search & Selection
* Business development, face to face and via the telephone
* Networking to support the growth of the business at local events

If you are a professional recruiter that is disillusioned with the standard recruitment industry we could be the company for you. This is a unique role and we are looking for candidates who have had previous recruitment experience (all sectors considered) and also are aware of the local Suffolk & Norfolk business community. We pride ourselves on understanding the recruitment landscape in the region so somebody who has extensive knowledge of local businesses is essential. Also awareness of recruitment sites and job boards alongside knowledge of recruitment advertising would be highly advantageous.

In return for our perfect candidate you can expect to receive a good basic salary of between £20,000 – £25,000, great bonuses and incentives with the chance to be part of a small business that is ambitious and going places. Our commission scheme is uncapped so the earning potential for the exceptional is exceptional.
